Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks a senior financial decision-maker to analyze performance and growth opportunities for an affiliate or line of business. You will support the Affiliate or LOB CFO, develop action plans, and drive revenue growth and cost efficiency while maintaining risk controls.

The role includes leading forecasts, preparing profit plans, and communicating metrics to senior leadership. Location is Cincinnati, OH with eligibility for incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance/economics required or equivalent.
• Professional credentials (CPA or MBA) preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting or finance experience across LOBs or ALCO.

Responsibilities

• Prepares annual profit plan and rolling forecast for all lines of business.
• Analyzes performance and recommends improvements to drive profitability.
• Develops metrics and variance analysis alongside CFOs and leaders.
• Creates presentations and communicates business issues to leadership.
