Job summary

Raytheon in the US is seeking a finance professional to join the Global Patriot PAD team supporting the Netherlands Patriot program. The role focuses on detailed financial analysis, monthly variances, and EAC/LRE processes within a hybrid onsite/offsite setting.

You will interact with multiple management levels, manage Earned Value reporting, and drive data-driven decision making while coordinating with FP&A and program leadership. A strong communicator with analytical skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field and 5+ years of work experience; or an Advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement (i.e. Program Controls).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access the financial management system due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Earned Value reporting of cost/schedule and perform financial analysis.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis.
• Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership.
• Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE).
• Process Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensure changes are reflected in control systems.
• Support FP&A monthly cadence as needed.
