Intel Corporation is seeking an Operations Finance Specialist to join the Advanced Packaging Foundry Finance team in a hybrid role across multiple US locations, including Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on shaping financial strategies, delivering actionable insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize investments and performance.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in finance/FP&A, strong modeling and analytics, and experience with PowerBI, PowerQuery, and SAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
4+ years in finance, accounting, FP&A, or analysis roles.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and business analytics.
Demonstrated ability to leverage data manipulation and reporting to create insights.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial plans aligned with Intel's strategic objectives, ensuring controlled risk and reward-based decision-making.
Perform detailed business performance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct cost/benefit and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making on various business scenarios.
Benchmark KPIs with internal and external peers to identify best practices and competitive advantages.
Automate financial reporting using BI tools to provide meaningful insights and drive efficiency.
Collaborate across teams to integrate operational outcomes with financial performance, supporting strategic discussions.
Optimize investment budgets and evaluate strategic deals to enhance profitability and outcomes.
