Job summary

Keystone is seeking Associates and Consultants in Washington for finance, economics, tax and securities advisory work. You will own analytical workstreams, perform data-driven valuation and market analyses, and support high-stakes decisions across litigation, transactions, and strategy.

Responsibilities include data analysis, research, and writing memos and presentations. Candidates should have strong financial modeling skills, Excel mastery, and exposure to Bloomberg/Capital IQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field from a top university (target GPA 3.6+).
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field a plus.
• Progress toward or interest in CFA or CPA a plus.
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, valuation, risk, or corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytical workstreams, including data cleaning, exploratory analysis, model implementation, and validation.
• Conduct structured research across economic, industry, policy, and technology domains to inform analysis and case strategy.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, well-structured written narratives for internal and client-facing materials.
