Job summary

HealthTrust, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Director of Finance in Nashville to lead financial analysis for sourcing events across the Medical Device contracting portfolio. You will review vendor proposals, market data, and fully loaded costs to provide reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage Finance Managers and Analysts, drive process improvements, and partner with GPO Operations and HealthTrust departments to ensure timely, accurate reporting and strategic insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Technology or related field.
• 7 years of related experience required.
• Strong Excel skills and BI tool experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for sourcing processes and engagements.
• Develop reporting for internal and client use.
• Manage and develop Finance staff and analysts.
• Oversee engagement profit, revenues, and cost models.
• Participate in client meetings and sourcing strategy sessions.
• Improve financial policies and reporting accuracy.
