Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Knowledge of federal government contracting in a Professional Services environment.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to communicate with senior leadership.
• Polished communicator with experience developing others and building teams.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day internal business and financial functions for a $400M operation.
• Direct and develop Program Control Managers and staff; ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee quarterly forecasting, period close reporting and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial information for executive and program leadership to guide decisions.
• Support Business Development on large capture and proposal efforts to ensure sound deals.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and disseminate guidance to stakeholders.
• Manage staff assignments, budgets, and priorities for FP&A teams.
• Contribute to new business process concepts and techniques.
