Socket.dev seeks a Director of Finance & Controller to lead financial operations across manufacturing sites, driving accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. You will oversee month-end closes, inventory costing, internal controls, treasury management, and audits while guiding capital decisions and growth initiatives with the CEO.

• Requires in-depth knowledge of US GAAP and cost accounting.
• Experience with manufacturing cost accounting and inventory controls.
• Proficient in ERP systems and financial modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, ensuring timely, GAAP-compliant statements.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory management, and controls across sites.
• Manage treasury, banking relationships, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, and rolling cash flow.
• Coach a finance team and partner with manufacturing and sales leaders.
