Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Six to ten years of progressively responsible related experience.
• CPA license desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee City financial, accounting, and budgetary operations including monthly reporting and the annual operating and capital budgets.
• Prepare strategic plans and annual work objectives for the Finance Department.
• Supervise the Finance Department and related divisions (Treasury, Purchasing, OMB, Accounting, Assessing, IT).
• Ensure compliance with laws, GASB/GAAP, and city policies while delivering high-quality financial reports.
