Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field with 8+ years in accounting and finance.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and month-end close leadership.
• Cost accounting in manufacturing or project-based environments; inventory, WIP, overhead, and project accounting.
• Budgets, cash forecasts, rolling forecasts, scenario models, executive analyses.

Responsabilités

• Lead the finance function and provide strategic financial leadership to executives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial modeling.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and performance analysis.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain on pricing and decisions.
• Oversee external audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
