Bennett Aerospace, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, has a Senior Analyst (Financial and Business Planning) opening. This position can be located in either the Aberdeen, MD area or the Ft.

Belvoir, VA area. The Senior Analyst will support strategic, financial, and business planning, developing and analyzing program and budget information used for POM, BES, President’s Budget, and congressional appropriations requirements.

Qualificações

• Five or more years of strategic planning, business planning, financial analysis, budgeting, or program analysis experience.
• Experience analyzing appropriations and aligning funding with organizational requirements.
• Knowledge of government program planning, budgeting, or financial-execution processes.
• Strong analytical, writing, presentation development, and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic, financial, and business planning for Army research and technology activities.
• Develop RDTE program requirements, funding information, program descriptions, and budget justifications.
• Coordinate planned activities and funding requirements with divisions.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, information papers, financial analyses, and leadership briefings.
• Review program and budget data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and traceability.
• Identify financial or programmatic issues and recommend resolution.
