Job summary

The Business Manager at the Simms Mann UCLA Center for Integrative Oncology in Los Angeles will serve as a strategic advisor and the primary resource for budgeting, forecasting, grants, gifts, donor funding, and financial reporting under the Senior Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, BI, or healthcare analytics.
• Knowledge of grants and donor-funded program administration and financial stewardship.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI and data visualization platforms.
• Experience querying relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server) and building complex reports.
• Ability to develop dashboards and data visuals for executive leadership.
