Zusammenfassung

Airbnb is seeking first-year, full-time MBA students to join the Strategic Finance & Analytics team as Summer Interns for 2027 (May 24 – Aug 13). You will work closely with finance leaders to influence budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decisions that shape Airbnb’s growth and profitability.

You’ll tackle data-driven projects, build forecasts, and present insights to stakeholders, while gaining real-world experience in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of professional experience in FP&A, corporate development, management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or business operations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to define and execute projects independently
• Strong relationship-building skills with various internal and external stakeholders
• Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior leaders
• Robust quantitative skills and experience analyzing complex data to deliver actionable recommendations
• Experience with SQL, financial modeling, data analysis and visualization (Tableau or similar tools)
• AI fluency and sound AI judgment: you know how to apply AI effectively to the work and projects in front of you, and when not to
• Ability to manage your time and adapt to changing priorities
• Interest in high-growth, technology, or hospitality companies
• Authorization to work in the United States
