Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is seeking a finance analyst to support long-range planning and P&L variance analysis for the business unit in Anderson, SC.

The role involves leading pro-forma modeling for new category opportunities and preparing periodic financial reports for leadership. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or IT and 1–3+ years of corporate finance experience, with strong Excel/Access skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT.
• 1–3+ years in finance and accounting, preferably at a large corporation.
• Experience leading/managing projects is highly desired.
• Experience in a global manufacturing organization with multiple reporting units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for business unit P&L variance analysis and explanations.
• Drive long-range financial planning for the business, aligning teams around long-term strategic targets.
• Lead financial analysis for new category expansion opportunities, including pro-forma modeling to guide investment decisions.
• Preparation of periodic financial reports and ad hoc analysis to support leadership.
• Development and implementation of new reporting tools to meet growing business demands.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes and propose improvements.
