Job summary

Google is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the GCS Americas MMS Commerce Finance team in Mountain View or New York. You will lead projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes, delivering senior-level recommendations and reporting support to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include partnering with sales and cross-functional teams, delivering insights on revenue growth, and supporting resource allocation while influencing leadership with clear, actionable narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
• 7 years of FP&A, consulting, or related experience.
• Experience executing full-cycle budgeting, forecasting and modeling in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive business strategy and accountability across GCS Americas MMS Commerce with key insights on performance drivers.
• Act as trusted advisor to US MMS Commerce VP and leaders on business performance and growth.
• Collaborate with AMER RSO and PSA to understand drivers and support sales strategy activation.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior audiences with concise narratives.
