Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to deliver timely financial and operational analysis to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and internal reporting.

You will lead month-end close for corporate functions, consolidate trends, prepare variance analyses, and collaborate with Tax, Treasury and FP&A to drive improvements across the finance organization. The role requires 3+ years in accounting/finance and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience in a larger corporation (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, OneStream and Visual Lease is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Support the annual strategic planning and budgeting process by consolidating and communicating trends and drivers to Corporate leadership
• Analyze monthly/quarterly financial results of corporate departments and articulate themes to management and leaders
• Lead the month-end close process for Corporate functions including variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist business units with ad hoc analyses and projects
• Support Tax, Treasury and FP&A functions as needed
