Job summary

Koch Capabilities Company (KCC) is seeking a Finance Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our team. This role supports one of the Koch Shared Services leveraged capabilities as a finance business partner and offers exposure across multiple Koch companies.

You will analyze financial data, deliver insightful reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive optimization and transformation.

Qualifications

Experience in financial analysis, business development, economic analysis, or related roles.
Experience communicating with stakeholders and presenting recommendations.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders and building relationships.
Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and deliver reporting with insights to support strategic decision making.
Understand and improve financial processes such as reporting, planning, pricing, and billing.
Anticipate customer needs, perform insightful analysis, identify opportunities for optimization and transformation, and drive discussions.
Adapt communication to share financial concepts with non-financial audiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and support performance metrics.
