CoreWeave is seeking an Analyst, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A to help shape financial strategy and enhance FP&A capabilities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will contribute to modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives with cross-functional collaboration across the company.

The role emphasizes partnering with CFO and senior leaders, delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual planning materials, and communicating financial insights to drive decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity/VC, or management consulting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and support strategic recommendations.
  • A high degree of enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

We're looking for an Analyst, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A to be a foundational member of our new Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A team. Our team is built with a diverse mix of talent coming from top-tier financial institutions, global technology companies, and some of the fastest-growing startups in AI and software. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to our financial strategy and enhance our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) capabilities. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Finance and Corporate FP&A, you'll provide critical financial insights that help inform executive decision-making and strategic planning.

About the role:
  • Financial Modeling: You will contribute to the development and maintenance of our core financial models and cash flow forecasts
  • Strategic Projects: You will provide valuable analysis and support on high-impact projects, from capital markets initiatives to fundraising strategies, working directly with the CFO and other leaders
  • Reporting: You will assist in the creation of comprehensive reports and narratives for our executives and Board of Directors, including monthly, quarterly, and annual planning documents
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with teams across the company, including FP&A and Accounting, to ensure seamless reporting and analysis
  • KPIs: You will help track and refine our key performance indicators, reporting on our progress toward strategic goals
Who You Are:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity/VC, and/or management consulting
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting with a strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and clearly present financial information
  • A proven ability to analyze financial data, identify key trends, and support strategic recommendations
  • A high degree of enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The base salary range for this role is $83,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
