Job summary

Indiana University, IU School of Medicine Fort Wayne Regional Campus, seeks a Financial Administration Leader to serve as the senior business and administrative leader on campus. You will oversee financial management, HR, research administration, facilities, technology, and administrative services, partnering with campus leadership to implement strategic goals.

The role requires strong budgeting, reporting, data analysis, and regulatory knowledge, with a focus on high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field required.
• 2 years of related functional experience required.
• Work experience may substitute for education and vice versa.
• Demonstrates high professionalism, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning and reporting, internal controls, and decision-support analysis.
• Lead HR and faculty administration including recruitment, appointments, compensation, and promotions.
• Support pre- and post-award research administration, facilities, and IT coordination.
• Advise campus leadership on business operations, planning, priorities, and implementation of strategic goals.
• Provide financial leadership and fiscal oversight for the campus, including reporting and compliance.
• Supervise administrative office staff and develop their performance and skills.
