Job summary

The Finance and Administration Director is a full-time, at-will position reporting to the City Manager. This role leads the City’s administrative and financial functions, supervising the Finance Department and the Human Resources Division to ensure financial integrity and effective personnel systems.

Key duties include directing annual operating and capital budgets, managing fiscal policy, accounting, payroll, benefits, risk management, recruitment, labor relations, and IT advisory efforts,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the City’s operating and capital budget processes.
• Oversee fiscal policy development, accounting, payroll, benefits administration, and risk management.
• Direct recruitment, employee relations, and labor compliance functions.
• Support IT advisory and safety committees and citywide initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for city projects and programs.
