Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Manager to lead an upcoming project supporting the U.S. Government. You will manage the contract's performance, quality, schedule, and cost, ensuring staffing with capable team members specially focusing on Momentum implementations.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in Financial Management Systems, Agile project management, and a strong background as a Program Manager. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with the latter being preferred.

Qualifications

• 17 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 15 years with a Master's.
• 15 years of experience in Financial Management Systems.
• 10 years leading teams of 50+ as a Program Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall performance, quality, schedule and cost of the contract.
• Staff the program with team members for design and testing work.
• Provide regular progress reports to VA leads.
