Job summary

ProCleared LLC seeks a Principal Analyst to deliver advanced, data-driven financial analytics guiding NGA leadership on portfolio investments and resource allocation. You will translate complex budgets and program data into strategic business cases under a TS/SCI clearance, integrating DoW/IC PPBE processes with senior-level presentations.

Qualifications

• Security clearance TS/SCI required.
• Experience as a Financial Management Budget Analyst.
• Knowledge of the full DoW/IC PPBE process.

Responsibilities

• Support NGA program build activities, analyses, and documentation.
• Develop and publish IPBS/CBJB, IPBR/CJB, and Presidential Budget exhibits.
• Prepare KC budget Congressional testimony and briefing responses.
• Create NGA briefing materials addressing ODNI, OSD, and OMB requests.
• Develop and deliver PowerPoint/white papers on Financial Management for senior leadership.
• Monitor Supplement/Over guidance and performance measures per NGA guidance.
• Assist NGA program mid-year and end-of-year execution reviews with funding documents.
