On our team, you’ll help manage and support engineering review activities from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Specifically, you’ll assist with multi‑discipline technical reviews of facility designs, evaluate engineering inputs for completeness and compliance, and support documentation that informs facility planning, design development, and execution. You’ll help ensure engineering products align with installation requirements, applicable standards, and long‑term infrastructure needs.
In this role, you’ll closely impact Marine Corps installation management by reviewing technical materials, analyzing field conditions, developing engineering inputs, and coordinating with Public Works, master planners, environmental offices, and engineering teams. By contributing to multi‑discipline engineering documentation and helping validate facility requirements, you’ll support informed decision‑making and improved engineering outcomes across the installation. Experience assisting with technical reviews, engineering documentation development, or facility design evaluation
Experience preparing or contributing to engineering assessments, design review inputs, or technical summaries
Experience conducting or contributing to multi‑discipline engineering reviews for facility design submissions
Knowledge of facility engineering principles, building systems, or infrastructure planning practices
Ability to interpret engineering design submissions, field conditions, and regulatory requirements, and synthesize them into structured engineering assessments
Ability to coordinate with installation‑level stakeholders to support documentation, design reviews, or engineering validation activities
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture and 10+ years of experience supporting facilities engineering, facility lifecycle management, or infrastructure analysis, or Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting facilities engineering, facility lifecycle management, or infrastructure analysis
Professional Engineer ( PE ) or Registered Architect ( RA ) Certification
Experience supporting Marine Corps commands, Navy commands, or other DoD installation engineering organizations
Experience supporting MILCON, FSRM, or UMMC project planning or engineering documentation
Experience developing Statements of Architectural and Engineering Services ( SAES ) , design review packages, or RFP inputs
Knowledge of UFC criteria, MILCON or FSRM engineering standards, or facility design review workflows
Ability to use AutoCAD, GIS, or engineering‑focused facility or asset management tools
Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
PMP, CFM, or similar Engineering or Facilities Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
