Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Program Estimator in Celebration, FL to lead ROM, conceptual, and early-stage cost estimates for facility renovations, modifications, and new builds. You’ll partner with IFP and project teams to align scope, budget, and schedule from concept through closeout.

The role focuses on cost accuracy, market alignment, and disciplined change management, with collaboration across executives and external consultants.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in engineering, construction management, or commercial estimation.
• Experience in quantity surveying and multi-discipline estimating (MEP exposure).
• Understanding contracting strategies, negotiation, and terms.
• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and schedule integration.
• Experience with project planning and cost management tools/software.
• Background in facility management or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop ROM, conceptual, design development, and construction estimates for renovations, modifications, and new builds.
• Provide cost guidance during design reviews, identify risks and opportunities.
• Support long-range program forecasting with IFP and project teams.
• Collaborate to align scope, budget, and schedule assumptions across projects.
• Lead financial evaluation of change orders and equitable settlements for scope changes.
• Maintain awareness of market conditions and cost trends; produce leadership reports.
