Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks a Collective Training Analyst to support USSTRATCOM J7 at Offutt AFB. The role focuses on planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of strategic-level exercises and training events across live, virtual, constructive, and simulated environments.

The ideal candidate provides expertise in scenario-based training modules for deterrence, nuclear operations, and global strike, with strong analytical and coordination skills and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Participate in planning conferences, rehearsals, after-action reviews, and lessons learned activities.
• Support continuous improvement of collective training processes, operational readiness, and exercise effectiveness.
• Demonstrated understanding of USSTRATCOM mission sets and Emergency Action Procedures (EAP).
• Experience supporting development, administration, and execution of scenario-based training modules.
• Operational experience in a Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or equivalent environment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of joint and strategic-level exercises and collective training events.
• Provide subject matter expertise supporting strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, global strike, missile threat assessment, and related operational mission areas.
• Assist with development, administration, and execution of scenario-based collective training modules and operational exercise events.
• Support exercise planning, operational synchronization, mission execution, and battle staff integration activities.
• Coordinate with exercise planners, operational staffs, intelligence personnel, and mission partners to support operational realism and exercise objectives.
• Support development of operational scenarios, exercise injects, training products, and mission execution materials.
• Assist with operational integration between national-level decision-making and unit-level mission execution activities.
