Job summary

Celldex Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Medical Science Liaison to lead advanced scientific exchange with KOLs, clinicians, and investigators across a U.S. region.

You will drive insights, build critical relationships, and support MA&EG and related partners in a fast-paced biotech setting. The role requires 5+ years as an MSL, with specialization in Dermatology or Immunology, and the ability to travel ~70% of the time while delivering data-driven, field-based evidence to inform clinical

Qualifications

• MD, NP, PA, PharmD, or PhD in life sciences required.
• Specialization in Dermatology, Immunology, or Allergy required.
• Minimum 5+ years of Medical Science Liaison experience preferred.
• Experience in Immunology and/or Dermatology required.
• Ability to independently manage a territory and navigate complex stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in advanced Medical-to-Medical scientific discussions with KOLs, clinicians and investigators.
• Synthesize and share actionable scientific insights from field engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with large group practices and dermatology networks.
• Plan and execute field activities within an assigned territory with high-value engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with MA&EG, HEOR, PRO and Commercial teams to align on priorities.
• Support clinical development, trial awareness, site engagement, and Investigator-Initiated Research where appropriate.
