Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of EA experience, strong discretion, and excellent communication. This hybrid Washington, DC role requires adaptability across time zones and multiple priorities while enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a strategic view.

Responsibilities

  • Provide calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics for the CEO.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Coordinate materials for executive meetings, agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Plan leadership team meetings, investor engagements, and events.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and tracking of strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the CEO's time is focused on high-value activities.
