Qualifications

  • Two years of formal training or education beyond the high school level (e.g., Associates Degree).
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to managing related Senior Leadership’s complex calendar and schedule, resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Performs executive support tasks while handling sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Acts as a liaison to triage contacts from the public, visitors, patients, staff, physicians, and others.
  • Facilitates Teams, in-person, and hybrid meetings; produces minutes and tracks action items.
  • Manages intake, support, and communications for different processes and/or committees.
  • Coordinated projects and events, maintaining day-to-day office operations and databases.
