Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AI including practical usages (prompting).
• Experience in project management and managing critical deliverables against tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of executive communications, presentations, briefing materials, speaking points, strategic updates, and meeting packages to support senior-level decision making and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as a central point of coordination for requests directed to the Americas CRO, ensuring timely execution, effective prioritization, and appropriate escalation of matters requiring senior management attention.
• Exercise strong judgment and independent challenge in reviewing materials, ensuring content is accurate, concise, strategically focused, and aligned with executive expectations.
• Manage and coordinate agendas for executive meetings, including the tracking of decisions, action items, follow-ups, and key deliverables.
• Proactively identify and highlight critical issues, emerging risks, key decisions, and priority materials requiring attention from the Americas CRO and broader CRO leadership team.
• Help drive the adoption and effective use of artificial intelligence across CRO Americas aligned to the CRO's vision, including supporting divisional AI initiatives, promoting the use of Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools.
