NVIDIA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the Strategic Portfolio Management team in Santa Clara. You will own solutions from discovery through deployment, balancing user experience with platform standards and responsible-AI practices.

Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, translating needs into technical specs, and coordinating end-to-end delivery of enterprise work-management platforms with a strong focus on data readiness and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Engineering/Business.
12+ years in business systems analysis or platform engineering.
Hands-on experience configuring Jira and workflows.
Experience with automation or scripting (Python, Groovy).
Proven ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and data privacy concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with business users and engineers to uncover opportunities for AI, automation, or process simplification.
Translate requirements into functional, technical, and data specifications with measurable success criteria.
Own end-to-end delivery from intake to deployment, adoption, and improvement.
Configure and optimize enterprise work-management platforms (workflows, dashboards, integrations).
Support testing, training, and transitions to ensure measurable outcomes.
