Job summary
Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking a high-energy Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in Mountain View, CA. You will own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, tell the Elastic story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.
You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals, position Elastic as the go-to Search AI platform,
Qualifications
- 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in a SaaS/consumption model.
- Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC for disciplined pipeline.
- Executive-level presentations and demos tying product to business value.
- Multi-year contract closes with strong stakeholder alignment.
- Fluency discussing observability, security, and cloud cost optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound activity.
- Uncover pain, budget, and decision criteria using MEDDPICC.
- Deliver tailored value narratives and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to outcomes.
- Lead contract and pricing discussions, defending value and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
- Speak on cloud economics and modern data architectures to position Elastic.
- Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
