Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in risk management or related fields.
• Master's degree with 10+ years, or an Associate's with 14+ years, or HS diploma with 16+ years.
• Experience in enterprise risk management, program risk management, ORM or SRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise risk, opportunity, and issue management across portfolios.
• Identify cross-program risks and systemic risk across the enterprise.
• Create risk dashboards, heat maps, and executive risk reports for governance forums.
• Apply SRM and ORM principles to identify hazards and residual risk.
• Support governance, compliance, and risk mitigation across programs and leadership.
