Job summary

State Street is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise RIA Regional Consultant to partner with executive teams of the largest RIAs, driving business development, product placement, and sales activation across the US Wealth team.

You will travel extensively to meet clients and attend conferences, serving as a trusted advisor on SSIM investment solutions, ETFs, and model portfolios while expanding our presence in the Enterprise RIA channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• CFA, CIMA, or other investment designations preferred.
• 10+ years in investment management with 5+ years in Sales/Business Development.
• Strong understanding of the RIA distribution channel.
• Demonstrated investment acumen across ETFs, funds, models.
• Ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Self-starter with leadership and sound judgment.
• Proven ability to grow strategic client relationships.
• Exceptional organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own key client and strategic partner relationships across Enterprise RIAs.
• Develop and maintain account plans with quarterly business reviews.
• Understand client needs and deliver market insights and investment ideas.
• Educate clients on SSIM investment capabilities and offerings.
• Drive Net New Revenue and Net New Assets with high-wealth RIAs.
• Coordinate nationwide travel with sub-advisory partners and providers.
• Leverage custody and TAMP partners to extend SSIM resources.
• Represent SSIM in meetings, conferences, and events.
• Mentor colleagues and maintain high compliance standards.
