Job summary

DLR Group in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager to lead firmwide marketing strategy and brand positioning. You will translate business priorities into compelling content, campaigns, and measurable initiatives that strengthen our integrated design story.

This role will mentor the enterprise marketing team, collaborate with design and business leaders across the firm, and connect disciplines to elevate visibility and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand, or communications, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, content programs, and integrated campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Experience hiring, leading, mentoring, and managing teams, including colleagues working across multiple locations.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling communications.
• Proven ability to prioritize concurrent initiatives, manage resources, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and colleagues across disciplines.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of an annual enterprise marketing strategy and communications calendar aligned with business goals.
• Define and strengthen the firm’s enterprise value proposition with compelling messaging.
• Establish a creative vision for enterprise storytelling across digital and print channels.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the enterprise marketing team across locations.
• Partner with leaders across disciplines to identify differentiators and translate them into communications.
• Collaborate with sector marketing and pursuit leaders to connect expertise across the firm.
• Champion brand standards and train teams to ensure consistent marketing quality.
• Coordinate campaigns with internal communications, media, and digital to expand reach.
• Establish KPIs, evaluate performance, and use insights to improve impact.
• Guide priorities, resources, and workflows to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
