Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking an Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect to guide security strategy, roadmaps, and governance across cloud, on-premises, data, and identities. You’ll shape secure by design principles and lead architecture decisioning at the executive level.

You will partner with risk, privacy, engineering, and compliance teams to reduce cyber risk, enable secure transformation, and ensure resilience and regulatory alignment across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT and cybersecurity with architecture focus.
• 10+ years leading enterprise security architecture strategy.
• Experience shaping security roadmaps and governance.
• Strong stakeholder communication to executives and teams.
• Experience across cloud, on-premise, data, and identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of enterprise cybersecurity architecture vision and direction.
• Shape roadmaps across identity, infrastructure, cloud, data, apps, and network.
• Act as senior design authority for high-risk cross-portfolio solutions.
• Establish security design patterns and reference architectures.
• Define guidance for emerging technologies including AI/GenAI security.
• Assess threats, regulatory expectations, and strategic investments.
• Ensure vendor and platform selections align with architecture strategy.
• Promote secure engineering, zero trust, and defense-in-depth across portfolio.
• Collaborate with ops, risk, privacy, compliance, and engineering teams.
