Job summary

Talentify is seeking an experienced enterprise architect to serve as a strategic SME bridging business and technical teams in the Washington, DC area. The role drives architecture roadmaps, governance, and collaboration across divisions while ensuring alignment with IT strategy.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance, a Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience, and strong communication skills to translate between technical SMEs and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly preferred).
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing enterprise architecture artifacts and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with enterprise service/portfolio management tools.
• Understanding of budgeting and acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert bridging business and technical communities.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise Roadmap aligning initiatives.
• Oversee architecture assessments for senior leaders and IT procurement lifecycle.
• Document institutional knowledge and translate into artifacts.
• Facilitate enterprise governance meetings and cross-divisional coordination.
• Support CIO IT strategy objectives and IT governance frameworks.
• Provide guidance on enterprise architecture matters related to strategic goals.
