Job summary

Element US Space & Defense is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the organization's architecture strategy and technology roadmap. You will align business objectives with scalable, secure solutions and act as SME across stakeholders, technology domains and governance teams.

The role requires mentoring teams, defining standards, and guiding modernization efforts while traveling up to 25% and remaining on-site in a lab environment. Strong Microsoft tech experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field with progressive IT leadership experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, and architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and hybrid infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern and evolve enterprise architecture aligned to business goals.
• Lead design and review of enterprise technology solutions with security focus.
• Provide architectural guidance across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity and data domains.
• Mentor teams and lead architecture governance, standards and roadmaps.
