Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an experienced strategic technology leader to shape the organization’s technology direction and ensure alignment with business growth.

You will define architectural standards, evaluate emerging technologies, and partner with leadership to design scalable, secure solutions across enterprise systems. The role requires experience in enterprise and solution architecture, cloud adoption, and governance, with strong communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a related strategic technology role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, application architecture, data architecture, infrastructure, and security considerations.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and aligning architecture with business strategy.
• Ability to evaluate complex technical environments and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms, integration patterns, modernization approaches, and governance frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, principles, and roadmaps that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into technology and architecture requirements.
• Evaluate current systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to optimize performance, scalability, and integration.
• Guide solution design across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and cloud environments.
• Establish and promote architectural standards, governance processes, and best practices.
• Review proposed solutions to ensure consistency with enterprise architecture vision and technical standards.
• Support modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, platform rationalization, and system integration efforts.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and security teams to resolve complex design challenges.
• Monitor technology trends and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Communicate architectural concepts and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
