Job summary

Diversity Nexus seeks an Enterprise Architect to lead the design, governance, and modernization of our technology landscape in a hybrid/multi-cloud environment. You will set technical standards, drive API-first architecture, and ensure secure, scalable integrations across Azure and beyond.

You will guide architecture decisions, draft ADRs, and present strategic roadmaps to senior leadership while mentoring engineers and collaborating with business stakeholders to align IT with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing enterprise integration architectures.
• Experience with API-first patterns, microservices and event-driven systems.
• Strong governance, security, and regulatory compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic integration architecture aligned with IT strategy.
• Architect API management and hybrid/multi-cloud patterns.
• Define target-state architectures, roadmaps, and OpenAPI specs.
• Drive architecture governance via ARB and policy compliance.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and ADRs.
• Mentor engineers and architects; prepare executive summaries.
