Job summary

Hitachi is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI & Agent Architect to lead strategy, architecture, governance, and adoption of enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions across the organization. You will define scalable platforms, intelligent agent ecosystems, and governance that align AI with business goals.

You will collaborate with business, product, security, data, and engineering leaders to drive innovative AI programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise architecture or cloud platforms.
• 7+ years in AI/ML or Agentic AI solutions.
• Deep expertise with major AI platforms and LLMs.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Proven leadership influencing executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI strategy, standards, and roadmaps.
• Architect and govern AI platforms across major providers.
• Design Agentic AI solutions with autonomous/multi-agent systems.
• Drive adoption of interoperability standards like MCP, A2A, OpenAPI.
• Build enterprise knowledge architectures with graphs and metadata.
• Architect RAG solutions using vector/graph databases.
• Establish AI and Agent Governance, security and risk management.
• Implement AI observability and monitoring using cloud-native tools.
• Partner with business, product, security, data, and engineering leaders.
• Provide leadership on LLMOps, MLOps, CI/CD and cloud operations.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech to drive innovation.
