Job summary

Teradyne Defense & Aerospace Total Solutions (TPS) is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering development programs and support the delivery of automated test solutions. You will partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and customers to manage scope, schedule, cost, and technical execution.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of technical PM experience with a B.S., or 2+ years with a Master’s.
• Experience managing engineering development projects.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules using MS Project or similar tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify project risks and drive issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with PLM systems, preferably Siemens Teamcenter.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and engineering change processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Test, Systems) to deliver programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules with milestones.
• Monitor cost, schedule, scope, and technical performance.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Facilitate reviews and provide status updates to leadership and customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support execution.
