Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office seeks an Employment Attorney to serve as the strategic legal advisor on labor and employment matters, providing counsel on EEOC, wage-and-hour, and union issues while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Working alongside the General Counsel, Human Resources, and operations, you will identify legal risks and deliver practical business solutions, support policy development, and drive workforce initiatives in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in a state where the company operates.
• Minimum five years of labor and employment law experience.
• Experience advising on employment litigation and regulatory compliance.
• Preferred experience in healthcare/long-term care or similarly regulated industries.
• Preferred experience with labor relations and NLRB matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on labor and employment matters.
• Manage EEOC-related litigation and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on union and non-union workforce issues and collective bargaining.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with laws.
• Support advocacy efforts, policy development, and workforce initiatives.
