You will develop category strategies, manage supplier onboarding, conduct spend analysis, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align near- and long-term needs. The role requires a BA/BS in SCM or Engineering, 8+ years of sourcing or SCM experience (6+ with Master's), strong financial acumen and electronics background, and proven

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or Engineering is required.
• 8+ years with a BA/BS, or 6+ years with a Master's, in Sourcing or SCM is required.
• Strong financial acumen especially related to sourcing and supply chain.
• Strong electronics technical background.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity category strategies to drive continuous value improvement across Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, and Sustainability.
• Lead supplier evaluation and award processes for electronics
• Manage approved supplier list for electronics commodities
• Analyze spend and conduct market research for electronics categories
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan near- and long-term electronics needs
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% as required
