Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Quantitative Economics, Data Science, or a closely related field with five years of progressive experience in economic analysis, data modeling, or BI roles; or a Master’s with three years in those roles.
• Hands-on with data visualization and reporting tools, including Power BI.
• Required Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate

Responsibilities

• Synthesize market trends and data, including financial metrics, to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with finance teams to develop forecasts and budgets; support business lines in project management; and assist HR in compensation planning and market expansion strategies.
• Produce forecasts, interpretive reports, and visual media for risk assessment, communication, and decision-making.
• Collect economic data from established datasets and other sources using data collection and data science protocols.
• Design and organize data into customized report models and graphical illustrations to present economic information for decision-making.
