A specialized training provider is seeking a Doctrine & Strategic Guidance Instructor/SME to deliver impactful training in national security and irregular warfare. The role involves curriculum development, instructional delivery, and collaboration with USAF leaders to ensure effective education standards. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree, advanced communication skills, and military advisory experience. The position is on-site at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ, with a full-time commitment and 10% travel involved.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for effective communication.
• Experience with Air Command and Staff College or equivalent.
• Military advisory experience in a relevant role is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction on National Security Strategy and regulations.
• Develop and update curriculum as required by USAF EOS.
• Provide evaluations and manage classroom environments.
