• Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic record
• Experience in finance, accounting or business management
• Analytical capabilities and financial modeling experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead across team members and drive assignments to completion
• Ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure
• Solid work ethic and high motivation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsabilidades

• Partner with divisional stakeholders to understand business drivers and initiatives
• Assist in managing non-revenue divisions operating expenses including month-end reviews and annual analyses
• Collaborate with divisional leadership and product owners to analyze and forecast spend
• Assist with budget and reforecast cycles including senior leadership materials
• Identify areas to leverage technology and automate processes
• Prepare reports on cost allocation and analyze expenses across businesses
• Perform variance analysis of budgets and actuals for expense lines and allocate to revenue divisions
• Identify opportunities to create operational efficiencies and automate manual processes
• Ensure correctness of General Ledger by monitoring month-end closures
• Maintain department hierarchy in multiple systems
