Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Eaton does not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: Spanish proficiency; 5+ years in manufacturing finance; advanced Excel; Oracle Planning/Financials; Power BI; CPA/CFA/MBA optional.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver regular financial reports and performance updates.
• Partner with leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
• Lead profit planning, forecasting, and capital investment analysis.
• Support R&D financial planning and governance.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
