• Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned to business objectives.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and deliver clear, compelling messages to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of internal communications, employee engagement, leadership communications, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or operational business environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing strategic communications support that drives clarity, alignment, and engagement.
• Develop and execute communications plans that support business objectives and division priorities.
• Create messaging and communication materials that inform, inspire, and align employees to organizational goals.
• Translate complex business, operational, and technical concepts into clear and audience-appropriate communications.
• Support executive messaging, presentations, speeches, announcements, articles, and leadership communications.
• Develop content for internal and external audiences, including employee and leadership communications and business updates.
• Support communications materials for meetings, strategic initiatives, events, and organizational priorities.
• Ensure communications align with Caterpillar's brand standards, voice, and messaging framework.
