Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or equivalent by experience.
- Minimum 7 years in real estate, leases, or related fields.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and understanding complex legal clauses.
- Real estate license or related certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee real estate, development, leasing and property management for Baptist Health and Baptist Health Medical Group.
- Direct short- and long-term strategic planning for facilities and leasing.
- Coordinate centralized supply chain and procure-to-pay processes.
- Provide leadership and daily supervision of the facilities team.
