Eastern Municipal Water District seeks a visionary Director of Purchasing and Contracts to lead procurement, contracting, warehousing, and materials management across the District. Qualifikationen

• Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in government procurement.
• At least five (5) years in a management capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, finance, or related field.
