Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience supporting multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong operational, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Travel Required (within Ohio)

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operational partner to executives, directors, clinical and site leadership.
• Maintain understanding of daily operations across all treatment programs (PHP, IOP, OP).
• Provide leadership presence during operational challenges, escalations and crises.
• Support directors in problem solving, workflow optimization, and decision making.
• Act as an operational bridge between leadership, staff and clients.
• Monitor daily census and track admissions/discharges across programs and locations.
• Identify trends impacting census stability, access and retention.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Clinical and Housing teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Track revenue per client per week and overall program performance.
• Maintain awareness of reimbursement structures within Medicaid environment.
• Oversee affiliated recovery housing operations and facility safety/maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
• Support audits, site visits and regulatory reviews.
• Foster staff development, onboarding, and performance management.
• Facilitate clear cross-department communication and leadership collaboration.
• Ensure operational reports and performance data are accurate and timely.
